I have joined group and DP last week, and changed my mind and asked to be removed from group as I found it all confusing.

I have been removed from the group but I have not been removed from DP. I tried to transfer my credits over to own personal account but it won't allow me, as my money goes directly to DP.

Can you pls accept my wishes and remove me from DP pls. I want to be in control of my own account and I need to be removed from DP.

Hi, on the transfer page, just click into the box and write your own details, they are only saved there for convenience.

If you need your details put into the box by us we can also do it for you, after that transfer the box should always show your details.
