I've tried to have DirectCam sessions on a couple of occasions and although I connect through and can see and hear the person at the other end, I cannot type anything in the message box and they cannot see or hear me. Any suggestions as to where I should look at my end?

I am using an iMac.

OK...I now realise that AW has never heard of Apple Macs and I have to use justcamitlite. So far, so good. But how do you use it to get to AW? No instructions. No URLs to enter once you have it running?. No use whatsoever. I have funds that I'd like to spend on DirectCam'ing but cannot unless someone can help me get set up. The AW troubleshooting page is useless.
