A regular made 2 bookings today, £8.80 & £6.60 which is correct according to my rates for the time booked. However he says he paid £10.56 for the £8.80 booking. Looks like AW are still charging the VAT! He went ahead and made the 2nd booking and said he isn't worried about the VAT.

I have emailed AW to find out what's going on but wondered if anyone else has noticed this or had any complaints.

Will post their reply when I get one.

Looks like more refunds to be made then, this whole thing had been a mess from beginning to end!
Wonder if it is happening on webcam booking as well?!?!

Hi ladies do any of you use daily pay? I was wondering what they charge for direct cam I think its 46% off ur total but not sure? x

You are correct, checking for VAT in a couple of places had been overlooked.
The clients have been refunded accordingly and the error corrected
