Probably right Del. Can't understand why blokes do that. Ruins it for legitimate men.
In this site idea's case though, would just be banned. Report them then banned, and have them banned by their IP address and not by username so they can't just sign up again under a different username.
That's a lot of moderation to do for a site which wouldn't be generating any income. Who's going to design such a website, but the software in place, spend the human time dealing with banning/moderating etc when there's not a penny coming in.
There in lies the reason why such a site does not exist.
