Hi I recently bought credit but i'm not going to use them and would like to get them refunded how to I go about doing this.

What does it show on your credit page? I am not sure if you can get an actual refund.
I never buy credits so only know how the withdrawal works from credits earned, but if it is the same you need a min amount of credits to be able to withdraw them and you will lose 30% of your money.
Once you have accrued at least 30 Credits you can request a transfer to a Payoneer or Paxum account. Once you have accrued 50 Credits you can request that your funds are posted to you by cheque/check. If you have 150 credits you can request a transfer to any EU bank account. Members in the UK can now take advantage of the Faster Payments Service (FPS)
