I just finished a 10 min webcam booking through Skype.

Does anyone know how long it takes for those credits to be added to your account?

They are held in escrow for 24 hours, then added to your account. If you go to your credit page, at the top right hand corner you should have a link so you can see what is being held in 'escrow'.
