I woke up this morning to an email saying my account has been removed due to several warnings I didn't listen to - there's never been anything I shouldn't have on my profile. PLEASE HELP ME. What do I do, how do I get my account back?!!
Hi, what were the warnings concerning?
I don't remember any warnings any time recently whatsoever; I had a few many, many months ago about something prohibited in my profile but there was nothing - no emails, mention of payment elsewhere, etc. Other than mentioning some issues with my profile I've had no other notification of warnings from AW, just woke up this morning to a removal email.
Did you identify and correct the error?
If not then it wouldn't surprise me if AW were just doing a sweep.
