Was just on the credits transfer request page and as normal it was highlighted in red about so many credits being unavailable and to click here to correct the value. I did that and one of my DirectCam credits to my account has changed and now reads - Credit DirectCam - xxxxxx (Was 1.83) 1.72. Why has the amount changed? I've never had this before when I've corrected the value
I get that all the time. I have never understood how I can be in the red, as always try to leave a few credits on to start me off for the following week. The amounts they take back are generally odd amounts, so they have to adjust an amount for a credit to get it right. Hope that makes sense, lol. I have found that it has always worked out right in the end, and I get what I am due.
I've just never had it say that a specific amount has been changed before and found it a bit odd. I do the same as you Sally and always keep some credits in my account to give me a head start too, so never understood how it say I've spent some credits
I don't think it has anything to do with spending credits, as I never do either, am on here to earn not spend, lol, but it seems that when credits are transferred from your credit page to the withdraw page, the system creates a different amount, therefore creating a negative balance, but as I say it always works itself out. I have never lost any credits.
it tends to be the fees for using JCI that don't get subtracted.
I have had it go both ways - sometimes the correction is less, sometimes more. I no longer click to let them correct the value. I un tick shows to add up to the amount in red manually myself.

I get corrections all the time too! But to be fair, it all just goes up and down and evens out either way x
