If you're not looking for professional photography and just want some profile pics (Aw guys tend to prefer the natural/ non pro look), it is not hard to do them yourself. There are loads of YouTube tutorials for setting up a home studio and even diy flash photography. If you do want pro pics makes sure you choose a professional x

I have a website, i tend to keep my 'family & wedding' site separate from AW stuff, but will send a link if any one asks.
Ive worked with many hairdressers, a French make-up company, a few magazine images, shops and AW images.
I did my O level photography at school, and also a few OU courses to keep me busy.
Over 25 years of 35mm and 10 years digital, with over 30+ weddings, and portfolio setups done.

Ive listed on the AW portfolio people I've worked with on AW

Hope thats answers some of your questions? Yes there is a difference between a GWC and some-one who has all the gear and no idea ! But saying that, some models and girls have GWB's and lol
