Hi

Just had someone on cam and I can see it on JustCamIt but it's not showing on my credit statement on the site. Anyone else having this problem? Normally it shows up instantly so just wondering what's happening

Sometimes it can take a little while. If they don't show within an hour or so, email AW x

Noticed they were there about an hour later. Odd as everything else the same day credited to my account right away

I think credit card server is low that time, so can't show ur credit statement.

hi I have a similar issue , received a directchat call, was chatting for 35 minuets and the credits haven't shown on my credits statement either.

Have emailed AW about it so hopefully just a glitch , I have experienced credits not always showing straight away before but they normally do show eventually
