Hello,

I am new here. Hi ;-)

I've got a question, it is behalf of a friend who has an escorting profile on Adultwork and as of yesterday she has been unable to update her details.

She has contacted Adultwork but after 10 hours there has been no response so I thought I'd see if anyone can help here. We would be grateful of any details.

She has received the following message....

"Error. An error occured on the server when processing your page request/submission. Please contact the Site's admin team vai the help center, citing the URL of the page you were on and the action you were attempting. Please accept our sincere apologies for the incovenience this has caused you. (Server ID: 22)"

Also, when trying to tick offering 'escort services' she receives the message....

"Note: You are not permitted change the services offered at this time".

Neither of us have any idea what is happening or why.

If anyone has experienced similar problems we'd be grateful of some help.

I'm sorry my first post is asking for help without proper introduction, but I'm just trying to help out a friend.

Hi, 10 hours is a very short time and if I remember correctly they either quote 24hours or 48 hours for a response.


She needs to re-verify to enable escorting, send the photo ID and the picture of her holding a piece of paper with the current date and her username etc on it to webmaster@adultwork.com

This is a no reply email address so dont email it with a question, just the ID and a note to have escorting re-enabled on the profile.

Its a common fault and can be sorted so dont worry too much.

I have passed on the information to my friend, hopefully this will resolve the issue.

Hi there, my friend who is webcamming on the site accessed her page and replied to a few messages whilst out of he country has had her page put on to distribute only and asked for proof of identification. She sent her passport in on Saturday but is still waiting for her profile to authorised. So it's now been 4 working days!

Any ideas would he appreciated!
