As Christmas and New Year public holidays do not fall on scheduled processing dates, (Tuesdays 23rd & 30th of December), and as alternative transfer methods are available that facilitate the receipt of payments before the public holidays commence, payment processing will run as per the normal scheduled and advertised dates.

UK Bank, Payoneer & Paxum

Funds can be expected to be received into those accounts as normal, (i.e. before the banks close for Christmas Day, Boxing day, New Years Eve and New Years Day).

ESP - EU Bank Transfer

Funds will take longer to arrive than usual if the payments are in transit during public holidays. Members concerned about late payments should either make their requests a week early or use a withdrawal method that results in one or two day processing, thereby avoiding public holidays. (These are Payoneer, Paxum, UK Bank). Anyone using ESP to receive funds into a UK bank account should switch to the UK Bank transfer method A.S.A.P. to avoid unecessary delays, currency conversions and foreign currency handling fees.

Cheque / Check

Like all mail items, during late December and early January cheques by post will be subject to delays caused by seasonal demand on postal networks and the public holidays. For prompt receipt of funds we recommend Paxum, Payoneer and UK Bank transfer.

Should any issues arise with any payments, we will be subject to those payment processors' opening hours to progress a resolution.

For Dailypay members, all pay will be processed as normal.
