I think you are allowed nudity if you haven't gone through the age verification process and declared all your free pics as not pornographic, but then your profile will not be visible to anyone browsing who is not age verified themselves in case they are under 18yrs.
I have verified profile and declare that my free photos (incl profile pics/free gallery/blog pics/movie clip thumbnails etc) are not pornographic so anyone on the site can see my free pics, so more views of my profile.
Regards removing your face, I think you should just blur your eyes maybe and keep the smile and your head! There are other ways of hiding your face, don't copy other girls photos but I've just looked at one and the camera flash in the mirror of a selfie does a great job of hiding your face without being scary. You would be amazed at the number of guys who talk to me because I have face pics, which I guess from your job you can't risk.
