good morning alll.

Yesurday i took a call on direct chat, which lasted 22 mins ive logged on this morning and its not showing on my transfer page? Does anyone know why this is? And what can i do about it ?

Sometimes there can be a delay but 99.9% of the time it would of showed up by now on your credits statement.

I would enmail them through the helpdesk telling them as only they can tell you what happened to the credits from that call.

I did think it odd, because normally it shows up stright away on my statement.But ive emailed them now so hopefully they can tell me the problem.
Strange. Maybe he contested it or something??

Not heard from AW,yet, but the credits are now showing.

I had the same problem this morning. A couple of calls went quiet during, at the same time that the site went down, and the credits didn't show up for about an hour afterwards...
we should just keep a close eye on credit totals then. xxx
I had it twice, just happened now . I had the other one credited after I emailed them , now I have another one .

I would check every call. Something isn't right .
I'm not doing direct chat until it's sorted. I've told my regulars to book phone chats or Skype calls instead
