Their HARASSMENT lasts since my registration (hence paying them daily from displaying my phone number to display my availability (not exactly FREE service) with EXTRA double ID proof ONLY because I am (reason highlighted by them) Romanian national.
As you well know, there is impossible to get in touch with them, no direct email (help centre sucks) , no phone number unless you want to do a trip to St. Kittens where they are based. ID verification team http://adultwork.sweetkicklimited.net/ (who's slogan
reventing is good...Controlling is better misses the sentence "Being paranoid and discriminative is much worse") shows same abusive and racist policy.
I wrote this mail to the "SKL Team" hoping that it will be forwarded somehow (?) to the right recipient which is AdultWork.com.
If anyone encounters or met same attitude in the past, please post here issues and what they did to fix the issue
..."About hour ago you (Adult Work)literally DISABLED my account, switching my profile from OFFERING to SEEKING services. Your behaviour and attitude is ABUSIVE, UNFAIR and exceeds ANY acceptable TERMS OF USE.
Let me remind you:
1. Since the beginning of my registration you are accusing me of counter-faking documents and using a different ID and/or tampered ID documents or copy of them. Which is NOT true.
2. Since the same moment you are asking me to produce EXTRA ID documents (aka PASSPORT issued by Romania) which I don't have, simply because they are NOT requested legally by the country where I reside (United Kingdom). Are you
beyond the law or are your conditions more strict than UK's Home Office and Border Agency? Not mentioning that this
by you mentioned EXTRA ID verification request is ABUSIVE and RACIST, clearly to slow down or restrict Romanian
nationals registration as Escorts.
3. Getting the passport requested as Romanian national (against your wrong and laughable opinion that can be done
in 3 days or less) puts me in the situation to apply for them
A. through Romanian Embassy which means roughly £200 expences and up to 90 days waiting time; or
B. to travel back in Romania and apply there which means expences of about £300 and 1 week minimum waiting time there.
To get a document which is SOLELY requested by Adult Work (I opened even my Bank account using ONLY my ID card)is a discriminatory request
4. Since the beginning I bought credits and PAID you to be able to display my phone number and couple of times to
be displayed the AVAILABILITY. As today, for example, paid 5 CREDITS to be displayed as AVAILABLE but you just
disabled that in minutes, taking and wasting my money (£5 is still money) NOT OFFERING what is expected and agreed
(still contractually)in exchange.
5. You have to know that since registration (maybe due to your undermining "NOT AUTHENTIC" notice displayed on my
profile) I DID NOT HAVE NOT EVEN ONE BOOKING OR CUSTOMER THROUGH ADULT WORK. Which tells a lot. My registered membership is based on mutual agreement and has a value of a CONTRACT. Check the Commercial Bill of Law not only your illusive TOC. Your role suppose to be the one of the HELPING and PROMOTING one.
You did quite the OPPOSITE. Harassing me daily with the paranoid doubt request was not enough but displaying those
doubts permanently was actually "sabotaj" ing your role and my chances on the site.
6. Actually (with or without reason) your doubts are maybe grounded (I am not disputing if you did or did not
encountered people with tampered or fake identities) but without ANY proofs of ANY kind against me. You are not
only CHARGING me (making me to suffer the consequences) without any proofs beyond reasonable doubts, but acting
against me and punishing me for something I NEVER DID.
7. I HAVE TO REMIND YOU THAT SUCH AN ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR IS FAR BEYOND EVEN METROPOLITAN POLICE OF UNITED KINGDOM EVER DID AND STRONGLY AGAINST THE LAW. Your Terms and Conditions, your policy and the way you are applying them should be WITHIN THE LAW(and I am afraid is NOT);
BUT: You are harassing PAYING REGISTERED members, CHARGING them with your PRESUMPTIONS without proofs (still valid WORLDWIDE and according ECHR - Human Rights that "Until proved GUILTY everybody has the right to be considered and treated as INNOCENT), taking MONEY of your members for services you suppose to do in their help (aka Displaying
AVAILABLE) but not doing or ceasing to do this (BREACHING therefore against your CONTRACT), your acts instead to help getting closer to the purpose WE ARE ALL on Adult Work, are affecting credibility and pushing me far to became a successful escort presence on AdultWork
8. We ALL (registered FEMALE Users of the website)are here to do our living through more ore less/one or another form of PROSTITUTION. Trying to do it LEGALLY, SAFELY and as efficient as can be. You are running the website (and all
services connected to it) TO MAKE MONEY based on what we are doing. So trying to look and act more moralistic than
needed seems to be a strange hypocrisy. We are not here to sell ourselves and to practice prostitution because
we dreamt to do it from infant ages but because MOST of us have to do it (as NO OTHER WAY option) for financial
reasons and against the wrong and malicious belief WE ARE NOT GETTING RICH of it but hardly make a decent living.
So if you want to do your kind of living efficiently, in exchange of our fees you have to help and support.

Which I am not prepared and able to survive, financially speaking. I want only to highlight if is still necessary that I am doing this "ESCORT"(according to Wikipedia is still prostitution)job because of my financial crisis I am in. As I mentioned earlier, I was expecting help from Adult Work and through my registration was promised this.
Instead blamed, negatively promoted and slowed down I am still confident I am in the right place. I am just unjustly treated because of my ethnicity. I still believe in an amiable solution.
If I am prepared to seek justice on legal ways, I have to ensure you that I am prepared and ABLE to PROVE MY IDENTITY far beyond your request or expectations. But I prefer to stay further with you because I need services like yours.
I can resend ANY number and kind of pictures, any kind of scans of my National ID card in any resolution.Anything else. Identification through phone, skype or even in person if you have a branch or representative in Liverpool.
