Just an idea, so have a section like the general section but something that is hidden away from linters and Joe public, if we want to chat about something not related to adult services that we doth want others to hear, as it may be about public life etc.
Or even a girly section and male section.. On one of the pregnancy forums we had access to a girl forum after so many posts, guys had the same, and we had a 'extra' forum to discuss things away from everyone else.
