I have a few older generation clients who are able to book using the AW system, but it seems that they are baffled by how to leave feedback.

Does anyone know of a way to send a link straight to the 'feedback' page, so I can take the trouble out of it and instead of trying to explain they can just click and do it?

Once a booking is made you automatically get a reminder that "you have items requiring a feedback"

Yes I know that, but the chap can't figure out how to actually do it. He's getting on a bit.

put a link at the bottom of your profile for it

You can put it as a link on your profile.
I will tell those who ask to go to the "e-mails and bookings" tab, then click the "leave feedback" tab on the drop down box.
