I had this problem with o2 Just go o2shop say I want unlock my phone number for adult webside and I had this in 5min Wink
When i log on to AW it tells me to verify my mobile .... 'press continue or skip' after login page
that triggers a text to my phone telling me to reply with EXACTLY the message ...which this time is : MV FII3A
so i have replied and no further text recieved as a reply .

so i go onto the 'mobile verification' page on AW and it says

"A Mobile Verification Key has been sent to your mobile via SMS.
To verify your mobile you must reply to the message using the instructions within."

which i have just done

so i then refresh the status as it suggests ... no change

So i click 'send new key' and get new MV code

which is MV EEI53

and i reply to it with exactly that MV EEI53

and guess what ... no change to my mobile verification status .

I have had a mobile on here before so know what i'm doing ...very frustrating
Hi, the MV code is EEI53, not MV EEI53 (I think thats how it is). MV Stands for Mobile Verification but I dont think you have that bit in your reply.

Maybe try that?

Thanks

No, the site says that you MUST type the MV part of the code ...they say in the 'help' section :

"Note: When replying to that SMS, don't forget to reply exactly as the code appears on your handset, including the MV followed by a space)."
