How does AW determine our direct chat percentage? I know that it's different for each service provider.

i never knew that, how come its different for each service provider?

I'm not sure... hopefully Admin will have the answer.

Direct chat percentage is 35%, 30% shared revenue program and 5% for the facility fee - it doesn't vary hon x

After 2 years I still have no idea how much we lose on DC? lol

I just know that it's more than on cam...

It isn't.

Direct chat, Direct cam and Direct IM all have 35% taken off them.

Hi, directchat is very rarely the same charge on 2 different accounts. To the nearest whole number its usually 10%

0.29 in first box and 1.53 in the second, answer is 18.95% for this members account. Possibly the highest around.

6-8% is generally the lowest you will find.

ps, the 35% on dcam and d'im is 30% aw and 5%jci, dchat doesnt use the jci system, its on a separate system.

Quite a tricky one to work out/spot. I would hazard a guess most performers dont know what they are being charged to use it
