Hiya,

I have been an escort for 2 months now (was doing phone chat for a year). Last night I found out there is a rumour going around that I am sleeping with guys for money! I cannot believe it and I have no idea how people have heard about this. I don't know what to do and I can't find out where it originally came from.

I have no idea what to do, I love this job and I don't want to give it up! I wish people would understand it but they won't. I don't know if I should stop altogether? Delete my profile? Start a new profile? Which means I would have no feedback.

Has anyone been found out before?

What would you girls do?

Don't know what you should do Summer.

If you do incalls, it may be neighbours have been suspicious seeing various men coming and going. If so, you could stop doing incalls for a while, and go back to phone chat until it blows over.

Starting a new profile won't solve anything, unless someone who knows you has seen you on AW.

Most people I know have close friends who know the AW side of things, and have an alibi with neighbours, cos it fits in with their real profession.

Good luck with whatever you choose to do about it xx

you dont have to start a new profile but maybe a whole new look might help you. Change name, change everything, new pictures etc

I cant offer any more advice than that as being found out has never bothered me personally
You can change you screen name without dumping your profile, as Jem says.

Make sure your photos don't have anything identifying in them... not shots taken in your living room, for example, no shots of your tattoos or your face or wearing distinctive jewellery which people might associate with you.

If I were you I would laugh about it... as though you think it is all a big joke? There is not truer sign of guilt than righteous indignation.
I wonder, if you change your profile name ( I was thinking of that) does your profile not stay in "peoples" hotlist and they can always "check up" on you.

I would say yes, but do not know for sure.

It is very hard, as unless you know who is saying things about you you will not know how to avoid them. Once somebody knows what you do then it really is hard to hide from them unless you change the area you work in.

Yes it does if you look at the bottom of your profile there are 2 http links 1 with your aw name and one with an aw reference number the name can change but the aw reference does not so if they have you ref number they can go to your account no matter how many times you change your profile name the ref number stays the same I had this problem a while ago
