There's so many other things they could do to set themselves apart...
Personally, I think the site is looking a little dated. A few design tweaks, fix features that have been disabled (SMS / flirts etc), be more vigilant with dodgy groups/scams (I know it's near impossible), better support, and more advertising.
If you search "view webcam girls live" adultwork doesn't even come up on the first page, guess who does have paid advertising? Myfreecams and streamate....
Very true...when I was looking how to do sex chat in 2007, I didn't even find Adultwork. It was a friend of my partner who mentioned it to me a few years later.
Right well just to add to that, I searched "live webcam girls" and I'm now 5 pages into the results and not a single mention of adultwork. Some serious promotion and SEO work needs to be put in pronto!

What they should be doing is improving their incentives to girls to bring in more customers - the referral scheme is a joke. They could have a tiered referral system - a small incentive for page views, a bigger payout for sign ups, and the option to choose lifetime % of that customers spend instead of instant payout. Have mirror sites/ whitelabels that direct traffic to aw, pay for advertising, go to Fetish con/ porn conventions and take top girls as promotion.
There are a ton of things they could be doing. Free chat tipping/ nudity in free is the LAST thing they should be considering.
I wonder why the hell they're not doing it...they should be on the front page with the others.
I have to tell you, even if you search for "UK Escorts" (which you would think is AW's forté) they only appear as the very last hit on page 2...
Edit: Searing for "Escorts in the UK" they don't appear at all in the first five pages.
adultwork.xxx is 9th result on the page when searching google for UK ecorts (note, NOT escorts). Looks like they know how to use low competition keywords at the very least *rolls eyes*
And if you google "adultwork" the home page that shows all services only appears at page 7...OMG!
Maybe we could come up with a cohesive list of suggestions to improve traffic/ profit and suggestions for what else can be implemented if we really MUST have tipping in free imposed on us i.e. black out etc? Then all email them.
