I wondered if anyone has had this issue.
I had four call sessions that seemed to only record 7 minutes exactly when the session I carried out was much longer.
I contact AW support and they replied the session was 7 minutes, but it’s impossible all four would end exactly at 7.0.0.
I only got a screen of one of the sessions on broadcaster but it’s obvious from my statement that four were paid exactly the same.
It may be that their system only shows 7 minutes too but that is a fault that it has not recorded the full session and stopped at 7.
I’ve asked a client what they have paid their end but they didn’t come back so it’s possible they only paid for 7 minutes but know it was longer.
Any help gratefully received.
I work in IT so know bugs happen and broadcaster is in beta mode so hoping they have logs that prove I carried out longer sessions.
