A guy booked a 10 min phone chat session, and at 7 mins he either hung up or we got cut off, and i didnt get paid? Is this a techical fault or is it a common problem for gyys to call up and end before the booking is due to end because they know it will be free? X
After you accepted the booking, did he confirm?
Is it that the money just doesn't show on the statement yet, it takes a day to show for booked webcam, I don't offer booked chat but guess it's the same.

Yes the credits are in escrow.
You get them 24 hours later
You can see them, go to your credit statement. Top right corner it will say:
Credits in Escrow: Webcam/Phone Chat - Auctions/Sales
This will show whats waiting to go on.
As above, make sure the booking is accepted and says to be carried out, if it says this the credits and in escrow as mentioned and will be on your credit statement in 24hours. They already show on your daily turnover page though.
