Hi
I don't know if I have to amend certain video settings in Justcamit, but my webcam won't load up. I have checked that I am available on adultwork and all the boxes are ticked in the directcam settings. Please can you help?

On the JCi screen does your video just show a blank/black screen?

On JCI, click Video > Setup, under Video Device what Device is listed as your input source? Is it your cam?
