Just a quick post to advise that i am currently in discussions with a UK provider who will be able to offer you a service where you can take online payments for adult content through your own site.
This will be at a much cheaper fee basis than the other players in this arena... We are talking a fee percentage around the 12% range. Depending on other things, it could be even cheaper.
This will be available August time once the legalities have been sorted and signed but there will be no issue with adult content. UK based so no issues with time or language...and a UK phone number to contact

If you want a website doing at sensible prices then give me a shout - my guy did both of my websites - very professional etc.

I am always dubious of any UK company that services adult payment processing. There is a reason that all adult processors are in a different country to the U.K.
Twice when I was starting out I made the mistake of putting my payments through U.K. companies and both times lost my money. Never again, I prefer to use one of the major players

UPDATE:
I have a meeting in early September with the provider to get this rolling.
Brief summary of what will be available:
Ability to take credit card payments via hand held terminal for services (yes that means clients can pay for escort meets via Credit Card. NO chargebacks as it's a cardholder present transaction. Discreet billing to card holder)
Also means you can take deposits for touring/meets etc.
Online payments for pay per minute servcies, downloads and members areas etc. Usual chargeback deals apply, very cheap transaction fees.
The provider is already offering credit card services for escort meets to some clients in this industry (including agencies) so have experience.
The bank is NOT UK based, so no issues there. Transaction costs and fees are very good value for money.
At the meeting will be a couple of my clients who between them will cover all the services required and my website guy.
