Can anyone tell me please how you add the Tabs feature to your profile

I have tried all the searches etc and not got anywhere

Add [tab=Example] into your profile text to add a tab, you can have a max of 6 tabs.

It's quite easy once you get the idea, there is a little box at the side which shows you what to type in to get bold text italics etc.

I wish there was a tab that said yes I really do what is on my enjoys list and I will actually tell you the truth when you enquire and not say yes but mean no. That could and would save the punters a lot of time and energy.
But that is just a pipe dream to find such a person I am begining to think wouls be a minor miracle

I would like to think my profile is pretty accurate and truthful.. Yet I very rarely get any escort interest. (probably due to the fact in am very part time)
