I've an account associated with this email by the nickname of  cuminfo. I do receive emails from other users but whenever I email back to anyone, I gets deleted unread and states 'deleted by recipient'. Could you kindly explain me the reason and how to rectify this is. As I've made several bookings and find really hard to contact the escorts.

It means your email has been deleted by the person you sent it to before it was read, just as you stated. Maybe the escorts you've contacted don't feel inclined to taking a booking.

It means your email has been deleted by the person you sent it to before it was read, just as you stated. Maybe the escorts you've contacted don't feel inclined to taking a booking.

If my question is towards someone how know the system of AW then let them answer. And NO I did received am email from AW team and they reinstated my messages.

If its deleted instantly without being read, it means that person has blocked you and they dont actually receive it, because for whatever reason they have decided they do not want to receive emails from you

there have been a huge missunderstanding with adultwork.com customer service team. I'm kindly asking you for help. My profile has been supended. And before you will direct me to help centre please read it first.
I have received an emails from adultwork.com First saying that the picture I send them for verification is not genuine and outdated. I did this picture on 25th January 2013 I did it from my computer which has a poor camera quality, but it is my picture.. I've been accused of photoshoping it! I even send them a copy of my passport together with that. I am originally Polish, thats why my passport is Polish, but I live in UK for 7 years now. I came to Edinburgh to work as an escort. I live in Bristol though.. It is quite a way and I paid a lot of money for accomodation.. Second email was saying that I tried to join a group? I signed up in a adultwork forum, If I joined anything I surely did it unknowingly.. I even dont know what that means joining a group! I am an independant escort. No one is forcing me to do it. I am Eastern European, but there is nothing in terms and conditions that because of that I cant have a profile on your website.. There are a lot of eastern european girls that have profiles on AW.. I live in UK 7 years already, I just wanted to make some money.. If I breached somehow your terms and cond. I can assure you it wasn't deliberate.. I simply didnt know I was doing anything wrong.. Please advise.. I was shocked seeing those emails! They are asking me now to do a picture on the street where I live with a newspaper.. I booked an apartment and paid for it £500! If I will make a cancellation I wont get those money back..! I have a copy of a passport on my computer, but don't hhave it with me.. I have a PHOTO id but its polish.. I dont have any english ID.. I noticed that it havent been removed.. my profile but its suspended.. I dont know whether they're going to delete it... I wish there could be easier way to contact AW administrator. It would help a lot.. I noticed that there are a lot of people having trouble sorting out issues. I've been warned that my profile can be removed and they dont have to give me a reason, cause its a club.. Is that true.. I had a message yesterday saying i needed to re upload my ID (after 4 months on this account) so i did and herd nothing more, so today when i log on i have a message saying it was to small, so i took a very clear close up and the upload was successful
