I wonder what is the standard rate for a two girl session? do you just each charge your regular rate?

For phone sex I think should just charge each girls reg rate, but some sites and some guys charge lots les for second girl - which I dont understand as frankly it takes lots of time to set up the calls - vs just answering the phone for a reg call.
