Hi Suzy, maybe this will help solve your mystery as to why men dont read profiles.
Speaking for the male seeking services brigade and in broad strokes then I think the following things happen.

You could be onto something. I wonder whether those of us that do take the time and trouble to read a profile are of the older persuasion, and therefore it takes longer for the sap to rise or is it just that with age comes the experience that tells you to do more research before committing the hard earned cash.
