I have recently decided to ease off on the escorting as I have been doing it a few years now. Concentrating more on direct cam and am enjoying it enormously. On a financial side it brings in almost as much money as escorting, albeit it takes longer to accumulate. I can stay at home, slip on a bikini and set the equipment up, then carry on with the housework and wait for a show request. Not really an inconvenience. In the summer I set the camera up outside and put the laptop on a small table, was able to sunbathe and show at the same time!
If I feel like it I accept an escort booking to bolster the holiday funds.

Sounds idylic. I can't cam at home due to having an unemployed teenager with me and in my mind if I have to go to my apartment, I might as well Escort and make the money a lot quicker. Camming is ok in short bursts, but I find it boring after a while and repetitive, whereas Escorting, every experience is different and I like the interaction.
I also find, not being a slim Jim I do have to get dresssed up to get a good following on cam, so a bikini would not cut it for me and again if I'm going to get dressed up, I might as well have a man with me to appreciate it.
These days I only really cam if I'm on tour and it's quiet. If I'm stuck at a hotel, I might as well use my time wisely and it has brought Escorting work in for me and that's when I'm mostly to do phone sex too.

But I miss the cash in hand tho
cam has been my main source of income but at the moment its dead.. almost totally.

From a Punter's perspective, I used to book cam shows fairly often in the past but I cant remember the last time I did that. I was going to say that I had progressed from camming to actual meets but, having given it more thought, I realise it isnt that at all. I have a rubbish connection at work and no opportunities at home and that is the reason, not the 'progression' as I had first thought. Considering that downloading a movie clip at work takes ages, direct cam is always going to be a 'no-no'!
I only go on meets on occasion due to time constraints. My time is taken up with work being more than a '5 days a week, 9-5' sort of job. Farming is like that! Also with the other activities I do, I tend to get little free time these days. I have to say that I am not wealthy despite all the work I do, but I am pretty content so I am lucky.
