Not sure it is that much different to actually letting the person in. Whilst you can use a certain amount of judgement the person that may attack or harm you does not wear a T-shirt announcing it.
The advice of where to park is much the same as advice I give to clients, where best to park, easiest / most discrete route to get to me etc. Nothing actually unusual about that

At least if she greets you, you have the opportunity of verifying her age. She must have some sort of protection there, or she is quite naive. Maybe the texts and requests give her enough information about the client, but personally I would want to talk to them as well.

I am the same, I always want to talk to the person before meeting. Her system seems to work for her, maybe she has a minder / boyfriend in the other room

Sounds very odd. But saying that, there are some very odd people out there. Nothing would surprise me.
Having read the procedure, it didnt seem that odd. I would agree that security might be of some concern but, assuming that it was all clean there probably wouldnt be too much of a problem.
I can only imagine that there was someone else nearby. is there a link to her profile / website??
