Event/Tour prefix should be used by escorts announcing tours and/or events.

Its going to be intresting seeing how it works, but surely their supply and demand has to be there, so why not have a tour request section, say if there is 5 guys wanting to see Xxxxx in Yyyyy and the escort tours Zzzzz pretty pointless.
