Hi, Im not sure on the username sorry, if no-one is responding it may be due to not enough time passing, 24-48hours is a good estimated time for a response. The office can also be called on weekdays and there is a voicemail feature to leave messages.

Hi, for this particular one, some sort of banking issue, email sent off at the time etc, chatting via whatsapp now on it though.
