Hi I've just gone to check my credits before transfer and the same client who I've had the past few days has just been all manual escrow.
Its about £100 in credits so its alot to lose I've emailed adultwork and waiting for a reply but is there anything else I can do?
Last time I had a manual escrow I got a useless email from them.

I'm part of the new novatgroup so was wondering if anyone could me me?
