The most to date Safari browser has Flash support removed, best thing to do is ask them to use chrome/firefox as AW mention but just as important ask them to use the AW Live page to view your cam room here https://www.aw.live/

If you are accessing the site from an Apple device, you may encounter an issue accessing the DirectCam system. This appears to be only when using the updated Safari browser as Flash support has been removed entirely.
We'd suggest using an alternate browser such as Chrome or FireFox, which still support Flash, or using the non Flash-based system: AW Live
