Full Version: AW notification emails not coming through

I have received AW messages today without receiving the usual email notification, I do pay the detailed email content forwarding which is currently up-to-date but didn't even receive notification an AW email is there. I have looked in my junk mail just in case they went in there, nothing. 

Anyone else had the same?
Hi, is @adultwork.com (or the normal address they get sent from, noreply@adultwork.com maybe?) whitelisted in your inbox?

Gmail is mentioned here https://www.adultwork.com/CurrentStatus.asp if your provider is them?

I received the last yesterday, I have made the address VIP now.
Not Gmail.
I have now checked on the desktop version of the email I use, the @adultwork.com is in my 'safe' senders list.

Another one didn't arrive this morning.

I now know this is affecting other members, I did think it was resolved when I received one yesterday, but no such luck - further notification emails did not arrive.

Hi, havent seen a mass reporting of it yet but as AW have addressed it there must be something at error. AW say they are currently working on it so all we can do in the mean time is change email or wait for their fix unfortunately Sad

When I mentioned it on a few forums members only then realised they hadn't been receiving them and had AW messages unread in their account. Many people may simply not be aware or think it's only them, was the case for someone who sent me an AW email.

A few who tried changing email say they then didn't receive the code or link required to confirm this, at least one has had their account suspended because they didn't get the link so have not been able to verify their change of email.

Here's hoping it gets sorted out soon. All I can do is keep logging in to check. Did receive one notification today, but not another.

I can confirm my hotmail address also hasnt recieved any email from the site including a password reset request from earlier,  glad 
i remembered it later but its causing issues.
Mine are working again! Just had a look at their twitter account and it looks like they fixed the problem
