Hey I've been away for a month and when I logged in again it says I'm not offering any services and it won't allow me to change that on my registration details. It just says in red "note: you are not permitted to change the services at this time" so when I tried to log into just cam it it wouldn't let me as I'm not offering webcam services.
Please help! I am unable to work and its really stressing me out.

Just drop AW an email asking to have your account type changed back to offering services. If you go to their help page during office hours you can see a live chat option. They should be able to sort you out right away x

Hi, your profile says Russia on it, It appears its been flagged by a business advisor, eg Actfair.

Were you in Russia or have any connections to there?


In normal inactivity circumstances the AW help centre or Livehelp would of been the answer though.
