If you would like to receive your earned credits as cash, please complete the Cash (UK Only) tab on your Credits Transfer Request Page.
The transfer request will be processed subject to the usual time frames, namely two weeks.

• On the date specified an SMS will be sent to the mobile number specified on the transfer request form.
    
  
• The SMS will contain a unique reference number.
   
  
• Show this reference number at any UK Post Office counter and the clerk will give you the relevant cash amount.
   
  
• You will also need to show them ID in the name of the person specified on the transfer request form.
  

 
If you do not claim the cash within 30 days, the funds will be returned to us and we shall return them to your AdultWork.com Credits account.
If you delete the message, lose your phone, don't receive the message or otherwise do not have access to the reference number, you will need to wait the 30 days to regain access to the funds.
The maximum amount that can be transferred per mobile number, per week is £5,000.  The transfer request page will tell you if you've reached this limit.
