Hello

I am only interested in a payment system from which i can withdraw cash from an ATM in London in GBP. I used to use Firstchoicepay till the debit card closed recently.

Adultwork have a new payment system. COSMOPAYMENT Has anyone any experience with it?

I am concerned that the COSMOPAYMENT website does not have an address or phone number. Who or what are they? They ask for ID documents, but we do not know who they are.
But since Adultwork recomment them, they must be OK, I assume?

1. Why don't they have an address or phone? Maybe someone on Adultwork can reply here?

2. My 2nd query is regarding FirstchoicePay. It is still available as an option, so is it working or not? For debit mastercard that is?

3. I saw another payment method last week which isn't there now. Is there any other payment option which offers an ATM mastercard for cash withdrawals in GBP in London?

Many thanks for advice.
Hi, Cosmopayment are ok, its a side brand of a larger company just.

FCP currently not available no.

For a GBP card you can join Adultworks Finest Performers, GBP card being released next week.

Thanks

Thank you,

I get your point, but it doesn't explain why Cosmopayment have no address or phone number on their website.
What is their legal status?
Where are they based?
Who/what is the owner?

Perfectly legitimate questions,

I guess my question is, why does Adultwork trust them if they don't have their contact details on their site?
Is there anyone here who has used Cosmopayment?
Ive used it successfully but when i used their contact me page for help with a missing transaction I got an auto reply saying 'contact your card issuer' which i assumed I had. Transactions take a couple days to show up. Card costs $12.95 from your first received payment. The cards are not accepted by Link machines. Other than this ive had no problems, but not having clear contact info is concerning tbh

Thanks Mia,
What is a Link machine? I assumed you could use it at an ATM with say, a Halifax or Barclays or HSBC ATM?
