Please Please Please can someone help me, I have been a member for AW since Monday, I have filled out the sections, up loaded pics ect but for someone reason I can receive direct phone chat from clients, I've had a few booking for phone chat but no direct.

The line just says this person can't take calls, Is there anything I can do? you know how I can get in touch with AW directly?
I'm missing out on so many calls.

Double check that your number which the direct chat line connects to is correct and make sure you have added your prices correctly too.I am assuming you have ticked the box for offering direct chat in the edit profile.....phone chat section?
