Hi,
Lately on my payout requests - the money gets taken from the AW account but takes several hours to hit my account.
This never usually happens please can you advise why the change and when to expect my payout?

Hi, if sent late at night, funds may not arrive until next morning, this is due to banks being closed at night.

Also, the old method was, transfer credits, then payout instantly. Now, due to bank changes, its transfer a batch of members, eg 10 at a time, then send funds for all ten, which can cause a short duration between the transfer and the funds arriving.
