hi when i see my credits earnt on justcam it its always a little more thats whats on my credits turnover? is that the facility fee taken off? just curious-thanks x

I'd noticed that aswell. It's just where the justcamit software has calculates how much is earnt from how long the session has been going from when you accept the call. Adultwork calculates it from when the client can see you. It's not very much out so usually just a few pence out.

Right beneath the credits earned after the facility fee has been deducted you should see: 'Directcam - facility fee' with the value of the deduction next to it.
