Hi all,
I have been on AW for months and still confused about the figures when submitting a credit transfer request.  

- On my credit CAM and Phone Call list I have £811
- When I click to transfer it says CREDITS for transfer £692
- Admin Fee (inc VAT) £249

- Amount available for transfer £443

The parts that I am confused about are:
1)   I know some of my £811 is not available to transfer until tomorrow, however, I have added them up and they don't match the difference between £811 and £692.

2)   When I complete the transfer of £443 I would presume that the credits not available should remain on my main credit cam list and be available the next day but they don't.....

Am I missing something as I don't want to lose out?  I don't advertise my number so I shouldn't be paying for that etc...Any helpful responses will be brilliant thank you.

Its in credits also for that figure. Its called the AW balance normally.

Will have the 692 credits. Which is 692 -36% = £442.88 for transfer into your bank yes.

Fee is £249~ yes.

Its 692 -33.5% = £460.18 payable to your bank. A saving of £17.30.

The credits not transferred should be available for next time yes. If they arent, it needs checked but its very rare for anything to be wrong.

Thank you so much for the response, I have been working off 30% no wonder the figures was not adding up.....36% makes more sense (well not really I would have preferred none or 30% ha ha).

I will do another transfer now and hopefully the difference between what is actually in my credits list and what they say is available also adds up.
