Hi all,
I have been on AW for months and still confused about the figures when submitting a credit transfer request.
- On my credit CAM and Phone Call list I have £811
- When I click to transfer it says CREDITS for transfer £692
- Admin Fee (inc VAT) £249
- Amount available for transfer £443
The parts that I am confused about are:
1) I know some of my £811 is not available to transfer until tomorrow, however, I have added them up and they don't match the difference between £811 and £692.
2) When I complete the transfer of £443 I would presume that the credits not available should remain on my main credit cam list and be available the next day but they don't.....
Am I missing something as I don't want to lose out? I don't advertise my number so I shouldn't be paying for that etc...Any helpful responses will be brilliant thank you.
