If your profile is listed as offering escort services and you are leading men to believe you are but you aren't, I'm 99% sure that's a cause for a profile to be shut down.

AW have access to all areas of our profile ( and that will include pm's too).
They can easily see our entire email threads to clients, so they know who is offering services and who isn't..
But, I suppose moderating that is a huge job.

I've noticed loads of cam girls have the escorting box ticked, but don't have any escorting feedback.
Personally, I don't give a thought to what they do or don't do.
I occasionally escort, and you wouldn't like to deal with the ridiculous amount of mindless emails I deal with.
There are times of the year when I'm just not available and I then untick the box because I can't be arsed with replying with my standard, "....I'm next available in 2 months time", blah, blah, blah.

I actually pity those girls who have escorting ticked but don't provide that service... Just think of all that headache for no financial gain and having to do a continual fending off job of the men who want to be their "first client" x

A lot of men fantasise about meeting women off from webcam so you never really know if you are getting a genuine booking or not, they say they will email you and book through aw and 50% of them don't they just get off on it! so it's not really the girls fault it's men messing around with women who do offer those services and don't turn up for a booking or makes a false outcall booking, list goes on..

There should be more checks for men booking escorts online, so we know they are genuine and have I.D on the website, claiming who they really are so AW have a record for safety reasons.

But yes Tara, I can fully understand where you are coming from with girls just camming and not actually meeting them is against the AW terms and conditions if they have that box ticked. So many of them to track down.

I'm one of those people listed as an escort, but not actually an 'escort' by the definition of punters.

AW's definition of escort services is "Note: Any money paid to the adult escorts listed on this website is for their time and companionship only. Whatever else that may occur if and when contact is made is the choice of consenting adults."

Providing a person is actively meeting clients via AW then they aren't breaking the rules. If they have an active profile and no escort feedback that doesn't mean they aren't providing said service, so few of my clients schedule appointments days, but I still meet them.

If a profile looks suspicious in that they are pretending to offer said service to garner additional views, simply reporting the profile to AW and bringing it to their attention to let them investigate (by looking through email correspondence etc) and take action if and where necessary.

On the other hand, I have only ever escorted but only had about 3 guys give feedback in nearly 10 years, the reason was that I only tok bookings on the day and via the phone.

Like you I have very little interest in what others do or don't do and do find it strange that others do, like many tricks in marketing, some girls, who only do webcam may advertise an escort service to attract more business, guys do like the fantasy that they could meet the girl even though they would never do it.

Doing the above can make more work for yourself, but a simple auto reply saying that you will only ever communicate in person via your cam room could get over that.

I don't escort now, but I did when I first signed up to AW. I did meet a couple of clients from AW, but never any feedback. After a few months I noticed that the services offered on my profile had been changed, and when I tried to change it back it wouldn't. I wrote to AW, who stated that someone had complained that I wasn't actually offering escort services, so AW stopped me from offering escort services, as I had no feedback to suggest that I was offering escort services. I argued the matter, but was told in no uncertain terms that AW would not reply to any more emails I sent. That was in 2009 and I haven't been able to change the services I offer since that time. I did message them a year or so ago as I was thinking about offering phone, but got no reply. I decided not to offer phone and no longer escort, so it doesn't affect me now, but after all this time, you would think they would take the block off my profile, so that if I did want to start doing phone, I could. I still get men mailing me asking for a meet, lol, as most don't even read your profile, lol.

Pretty much like everyone else has said, there may not be feedback for escorting, but they may have done it before. I suppose its just like any other "customer service" job, people aren't as likely to comment on good service as they would bad service.
