Right across the little square where you see yourself it says chat only in red? Anyone know what this means?

It means you're signed in for Direct IM so not broadcasting your webcam.

Yes so click on 'edit profile',then webcam,then edit direct cam settings and untick the box which says 'I wish to provide typed text-chat only' and save.........x
