Movies have to be .wmv. On your phone they are more then likely .MOV which won't upload
You can convert them on your pc using movie maker (free)

Sorry I'm wrong there, it does state they support .mov but I've never known it to work
Possibly file too large if not converted x

I use anyvideoconverter which you can convert video's from iphones etc, it is also free.
