Directcam account error

Hi,

Every time I try and view a webcam via Directcam, I get the following error:-


An account error has occured.


You may be able to correct it if the message below makes any sense to you:

error:user_id not valid


Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?  I have been through my account settings, and everything looks fine to me.

Hi,

I'm having exactly the same problem. I've written to AW about it and i haven't heard anything in over 5 days despite the promised 48hr turnaround.

Anyone got any ideas? Do i have to register my AW account with some other service?

All help appreciated.

Welcome back - this issue is due to you being an old member returning.  We have cleared out the User ID and you should be able to use it again now.
