Admin,I have tried to feature in phone chat for tomorrow,5/11 but I am getting this message........The following problem(s) were detected:

• Exchange Error: Source Member does not have spend privilege.
  
• Due to the error listed above, your request was not processed
  

I have plenty credits and 55 of which are from vouchers.Have never had this problem before.Please advise........x
