Payments to UK Banks/Cheques not permitted

I'm sure this must have come up, (have had a look but can't find specifics) could someone please point me in the direction of the appropriate thread?

I mostly escort but transfer PG funds when it reaches the appropriate amount. I just tried to do this today, only to discover that neither UK cheques or transfers to UK bank accounts are an option right now.

Also, what is the better facility? Payoneer, Paytoo or Paxum?? As it stands, I have no way of extracting my money.

Any information gratefully received.

hi . Please go to adultwork main site , there is information there all about this, adultwork been having issues for over a week now since the company they use got done for fraud , hence cheques and UK payments etc have all been effected , all information on the main website on help xxx

Latest today is this;

Tuesday 11 October

UK Bank Payments for 27 Sept & 4 October should be hitting bank accounts today.  We are monitoring the situation, please do not bombard the Help Centre if your funds have not arrived until Wednesday afternoon.

UK Bank payments for today (11 October) have been submitted and will arrive as soon as possible after the previous two weeks' backlog has cleared.  We envisage this being this week.

Members with pending cheque requests will be able to convert these to UK Bank or EU Bank requests on Wednesday.

Those of us that don't have the luxury of dailypay are still made to suffer as a result of this ongoing situation with Adultwork payment system to UK banks, I was expecting payments from 13th September and 20th September and still nothing in my bank, then today this update and they say about bombarding there helpdesk naturally we're all concerned as we all have bills to pay and have to keep a roof over our heads, they're quick to take the fees and just expect us to sit back and wait with expectations being managed very poorly. I know I could have converted my payments to Payoneer but didn't want to get stung by weak pound and transfer fees which Payoneer takes.

It seems that we've just got to keep our mouths shut and wait, I tried doing my transfer request today as I didnt do anything transfer wise since all this situation came to light however it says it's disabled, so how can you initiate a transfer request for payments to be processed for 11th October when they've disabled it.

I know other sites have had similar issues, however they're not as ridiculously strict as Adultwork are with the country advisors like Sweetkick, I emailed Sweetkick last week and asked if they would allow me to use Dailypay, whoever writes there emails is awful, they respond like they're some sort of god lording it over you. The last sentence of the email was pretty below the belt, it said "if you don't like our terms, then go work somewhere else!"

Anyway sit tight and hopefully this will all come out in the wash soon!

Good post , they have took that down lass about payments going in today , its no longer on the main help desk back.to showing Mondays update and not Tuesday so possibly having issues with payments to take it down...tearing my hair out here but what can I do ? Frustrating as it is being worried, angst ain't going to maje the two UK payments arrive any faster.....heavy sighs ....xxxx

I agree clearly some sort of problems as I just checked and Tuesdays updates have been taken off, trouble is that with no end in sight clearly needs more than just one person to step up and start rocking the boat with this lot as anyone who cannot use DailyPay who want's to use Bank Transfer is basically left out in the cold with no end in sight.

I myself have rent and bills to pay and I am suffering now due to this, whilst I know the issues with PacNet are outside of AW control surely any site that turns over a vast amount of payments would have thought about having a secondary bank transfer system in place incase of the eventuality of their main payment processor going down. Whilst I understand we can use Payoneer and others the problem is now if we use those we're subjected to dealing in another currency. Due to current situation with Brexit and the very weak pound no one wants to lose money.

I am certainly worried by this situation, it just seems the communication from Adultwork is the same each day with deadlines being extended further, and now today's has been deleted clearly something untoward is going on. Too bad we're blocked from using Dailypay by Sweetkick!

Whilst writing this just refreshed the status page and Tuesday update appears again.

my bipolar has well and truly kicked in today , I felt so relieved with Tuesdays update , then it was taken down , then back on then down , you get hopes up then left dangling again , its worrying and frustrating , gosh I feel for you lass , i'm thinking of joining Dailypay but I don't like the idea of giving my profile over , I know a lot of lasses do use it though , i'm the same I don't want to use paxum or payonneer as they also charge and i'm happy with AW's 30 % already.....I appreciate it must be stressful for AW themselves but this money issue has been going on for nearly three weeks now .........I have credits as does everyone else sitting and waiting that I cant do anything with .....

I agree that this constant carrot dangling is out of order. If they can't yet deliver, they shouldn't promise - first rule of business.
