They said they may have Payoneer but:

"We are also working to secure an account to be able to send and load the pre paid debit cards that some of you have been issued. At this time, we have not secured the account, but are working to have this done in the next 2 weeks."

Payoneer can also not send money to UK bank accounts and their prepaid card is massively expensive if withdrawing cash out of an ATM.

I have used payoneer's GBT before its pointless anyway as the funds take ages to reach you're account,The payoneer card is an inconvenience but it's instant,what I do to make the thought of the ATM charges bareable is not take out small amounts regularly but build up a lump sum I normally withdraw at min $100 so I don't really notice the fee,paxum is better to as their fee is a one of yearly fee whereas payoneer's charges a monthly fee on top of the withdrawal fee
